Avonport Discount Center was constructed in October 1990 with 4000 square feet as a hardware and tool store. The store expanded the following year in footage and fabrics were introduced. The fabric store eventually grew and expanded into a well know destination for quilters.

              August 2 2022, Avonport Discount Center became Avonport Fabrics. We will continue to build off the legacy of Avonport Discount Center and continue to provide customers with quality fabrics, sewing and quilting supplies.
